How Good Is The IPC Programs Support?

The IPC support team is second to none. Dan Miller has done a terrific job organizing and listing everyone you will need for support.  Unlike Support with most companies IPC support is neatly organized in the back office.  Every company that IPC uses, from hosting to PayPal, has contact numbers and hours of operation.

I personally haven’t had any contact with support. IPC is so easy to use; I doubt you’ll ever need it.  It’s comforting to know that if you do need support it’s only a click away. I do know people that have used the support and were blown away by the time in which their situation was resolved.
